We call these 3 inch bands but they are really 3.25 x .75 x. 0.079 silicone rubber bands are great for cooking, wrist bands, shirt wraps, boxes, small notebooks, travel packing, backpacking and any time you need a good wrap for small things. We had a customer want this size for use as a small notebook band and another who was using them for a small wrist wrist band.
Perfect for wrapping up just about anything. These are made with long lasting silicone instead of rubber. They are cooking grade, hot, cold, UV and chemical resistant bands that last much longer than standard rubber bands because they don't desiccate with time.
We measure our bands flat. So, when pressed against the desktop, these are 3.25 inches flat. These stretch 2-3x.

Grifiti Bands Come to the Rescue Again!
"We have been using Grifiti bands for over 10 years. I have never had one break. My husband used to use a wallet with a money clip but the magnet kept deactivating hotel key cards when we traveled. He switched to another wallet that came with a band instead of a magnetic clip but the band was not very easy to use. He switched to a 3" Grifiti band (black band in photo). Problem solved! We use Grifiti bands on so many things! With sizes from 1" to 36", I am always prepared."
